Beauty Advertising/Catalog Editorial Fashion Celebrity Red Carpet Kids Bridal

In addition to being a celebrity and editorial stylist, Jacqueline is also the Creative Director of Assembly Salon, LA's first braid and ponytail bar.  She created the looks, designed the menu of services, and even trained the employees.  Additionally she helped produce Rene Furter USA's first ever US advertising campaign and hair how to videos.

Upon graduating from the Univeristy of Florida with a degree in theater and  advertising, Jacqueline knew that she wanted more than a typical job.  She tried various careers, from educating children to clothing design before deciding to leave the 9-5 world to live in the south of France.  There Jacqueline became fluent in french and developed an eye for famous "french style" which is so apparent in her work today.  After returning to the U.S., Jacqueline decided to try doing hair. She became almost instantly successful by winning the Aveda Institute's annual award for Best New Talent in Atlanta.  From there she moved to NY where she finished her education at the Aveda Institute.  Jacqueline began assisting Sam Wong, whose clientele included some of fashion's top editors.  It was working there that opened the doors to assisting other top stylists in the industry, honing her craft before jumping into the fashion and celebrity world herself.

Jacqueline's work has been published in Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, W, Elle, Lucky, Glamour, and InStyle.   Her philosophy is "organic glamour with an edge": no matter how much time and energy go into a hairstyle, it should always have an effortless feeling, leaving the client feeling sexy, without trying too hard .  This philosophy has led her to coiff the manes of some of the most well-known celebrities, including top journalists and political figureheads such as Katie Couric, Madeline Albright, and Michelle Bachelet (Chile's first female president).  In addition to working regularly with Sony, Lionsgate, Fox, USA, NBC, ScyFy, CBS, and Warner Brothers, Jacqueline's clientele has also included both Grammy and Oscar winners, and some of the entertainment industry's best, including Faith Hill, Gwyneth Paltrow, Betty White, Paula Abdul, Mark Ruffalo, Terence Howard, Patrick Dempsey, and Denis Leary, and the list goes on...
